Is Russia violating international law by targeting Ukraine’s food supply?

Russia is no longer part of the Black Sea Grain Initiative and has resumed its blockade of ships carrying food from Ukraine to countries where it’s desperately needed. Moscow is also attacking grain terminals and infrastructure at the Black Sea port of Odesa. Are these violations of international law?
