Irish artists to receive basic income as part of pilot project

Shows, galleries and performances came to a screeching halt when the pandemic began, and nearly two years later, the normal schedule is still not back. Now, the Irish government is stepping in to offer some of its artists a bit of relief. The World’s Bianca Hillier reports.
