Iran anniversary

The World

Forty years ago today, the Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, the Shiite cleric who led Iran’s Islamic revolution, returned to Tehran after more than 14 years in exile. On this anniversary, Marco Werman speaks with two young Iranians, Roya and Fariborz, both born right after the revolution. They explain what the revolution means to them and how it shaped their lives.
