IPC allows Russian and Belarusian athletes to compete in Beijing Paralympics

Over the past few days, hundreds of athletes and international sport federations have spoken out against Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and demanded that Russian and Belarusian athletes be excluded from the upcoming Paralympics in Beijing. On Wednesday, the International Paralympic Committee announced they will not ban the athletes and instead require them to compete under neutral flags.
