IOC issues criteria for Russian, Belarusian participation in international sports

At a press conference today, the International Olympic Committee failed to say whether or not Russian and Belarusian athletes will be allowed to compete at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. IOC President Thomas Bach did announce, though, suggested criteria for whether those athletes should be allowed to return to international competitions ahead of the Games.
