Investigation shows shelters turning to police to manage migrant children

An investigation by our partners at the public media program Reveal from The Center for Investigative Reporting shows that government’s shelters have turned to police officer over children’s behavior. The World’s host Marco Werman spoke with Laura Morel, one of the reporters who worked on  the investigation, about what this means for the migrant children and the conditions they face in government custody.
