International relief groups come to grips with Taliban rule

Few international humanitarian groups remain in Afghanistan. Taliban officials say they need assistance and will protect aid workers who provide it. Astrid Sletten heads the Norwegian Refugee Council’s office in Kabul. Sletten tells The World’s Carol Hills when others were fleeing Afghanistan last August, she came back.
