In Russia, the crackdown on independent journalism continues. Multiple independent outlets have been deemed “undesirable organizations,” while others have been labeled officially by the state as “foreign agents.” Individual journalists are also targeted and harassed — with apartment raids and arrests. That’s what happened on Wednesday with Roman Dobrokhotov, the editor-in-chief of the Russian news publication, The Insider. Host Marco Werman speaks with Dobrokhotov, who joins him from Moscow.
