President Joe Biden begins a four-day trip to Ireland on Tuesday, coinciding with the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement. The 1998 deal aimed to bring to an end three decades of violence in Northern Ireland. But in the past month, the terrorism level in the region was raised to severe, and in Derry on Monday, police came under attack during a march by dissident Irish Republicans. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry reports.
