In Ecuador, gangs rule the prisons

Dozens of people have been killed in a violent fight between rival gangs inside of a prison in Santo Domingo, Ecuador. It has happened multiple times in the past two years. Experts say systemic problems plague the country’s prisons. Tibisay Zea has the story.
