Different countries are enforcing rules on self-isolation and quarantine in their own ways. In the Philippines, a large part of the country is on lockdown with curfews in effect. President Rodrigo Duterte has some blunt orders for police dealing with curfew violators: “Shoot them dead.” The World’s Patrick Winn has the story.
