How do governments get people to take COVID-19 tests?

The World

Do you know where to go to get tested for COVID-19? Did you hear about it in a public health message, or did you Google it? Do you even know what test to ask for? In the US, it’s largely been up to individuals to figure out how to get tested. The situation is very different in other countries. Host Marco Werman compares the US approach with that of other nations along with Rajiv Shah, former head of USAID from 2010 to 2015 and current president of the Rockefeller Foundation, which has proposed a $75 billion plan to expand COVID-19 testing in the US.
