How do American and European weapons shipments cross into Ukraine?

In eastern Ukraine, Russian military forces are slowly making gains, capturing small villages as they continue to bombard the country with heavy artillery. Ukraine, though, is pushing back, with the support of weapons provided by the US and other partners. Yesterday, military leaders and diplomats from 40 nations, including the US, gathered in Germany. Many of them committed to supporting Ukraine’s military with more weapons shipments. The World’s Host Marco Werman speaks with Vincent Castillo, a Professor of Logistics, at The Ohio State University. He also served for eight years as an infantry officer in the Army National Guard.
