A Canadian court has ruled that Huawei executive Meng Wanzhou’s alleged fraud broke both Canadian and US law. The ruling puts her one step closer to extradition to the United States to face charges. It also puts the fate of Canadians Michael Kovrig and Michael Spavor into question. The two were detained in China in December 2018 shortly after the arrest of Meng Wanzhou in Canada.
