The crackdown on democracy in Hong Kong continues. On Friday, multiple pro-democracy activists and opposition politicians were sentenced in a Hong Kong court. That includes prominent democracy advocates Jimmy Lai, Martin Lee and Margaret Ng. Host Marco Werman talks with Jeff Wasserstrom, a history professor at the University of California, Irvine, who focuses on modern Chinese history.
