Hike in US Visa fees could affect international touring artists

When international artists and musicians come to the US to tour and perform, they need a visa and they need to pay a fee for that visa. Marco Werman speaks with Matthew Covey, a lawyer, musician, festival organizer and advocate for bringing international artists to the United States.
