In the last week or so, there has been some good vaccine news. Pfizer and now Moderna have announced that their coronavirus vaccines were 90% and 94.5% effective based on preliminary results from its phase 3 trial. But health experts and world leaders have concerns about distribution and access. Host Carol Hills talks with researcher Andrea Taylor, at Duke University’s Global Health Innovation Center, where she’s studying global data on vaccines and therapeutics aimed to combat the pandemic.
