Hamas has a command structure that is sometimes chaotic and uncoordinated

Inside Hamas, the Shura Council is the main consultative body that chooses a leader in their politburo. But that leader doesn’t always know everything that is going on. The World’s Marco Werman talks with Ali Hashem, a longtime correspondent who has covered the Middle East and interviewed Hamas’ leadership, about how their command structure operates.
