Haitians allowed to cross US border to receive meager assistance

Some of the women and children gathered under the Del Rio International Bridge in south Texas are being allowed to cross the border into the US. But Leonardo March of The Haitian Times tells The World’s Marco Werman those who make it to the US often end up scrambling to find lodging and aid from volunteers.
