Two of 17 people with a US missionary group who were kidnapped in Haiti have been freed. Gangs initially demanded $1 million for the release of each hostage. And the US State Department had little say about the release. The World’s Marco Werman speaks with a former UN official, Monique Clesca, who works with a group called the Commission for a Haitian Solution to the Crisis.
