Gunmen open fire at Moscow concert hall, killing dozens

The Kremlin says that more than 40 people have died and more than 100 were wounded in the Friday night attack. The motive for the shootings or who may be responsible is not known. During the attack, the concert hall caught on fire, and emergency crews are working to rescue survivors. Host Marco Werman speaks to The World’s Daniel Ofman who monitoring the situation.
