Global chocolate price rise will continue

Prices of chocolate eggs and bunnies are higher this year, the result of a shortage of cocoa beans following three successive years of poor harvests in Ghana and Ivory Coast. Host Marco Werman speaks with Steve Wateridge, head of research at Tropical Research Services, who says the bean shortages are due to long-standing problems with diseased cocoa trees that have gone unaddressed, and he predicts that chocolate prices will continue to rise.
