Georgia Democrats win Senate runoffs with help from Latino, Asian, Black voters

Beyond the mayhem at the US Capitol, there was another major story in Washington this week. Democrats took control of the Senate, after both seats in a special runoff election in Georgia went to Democrats. Many of the state’s voters who put the Democrats in charge were people of color. The World’s Carol Hills talks to WABE reporter Martha Dalton in Atlanta who also reports for our “Every 30 Seconds” series that looks at the Latino electorate.
