Many countries have instituted quarantines and curfews, but two countries have no instituted gender-based curfews. Panama is one of them. The World’s host Marco Werman speaks with Panamanian epidemiologist Xavier Sáez-Llorens to find out the reasoning behind a gender-based curfew.
