Gang violence loosens grip in Haiti, but for how long?

In the past six weeks, civilian vigilante groups have killed more than 150 Haitians believed to be gang members. In response, kidnappings and killings have dropped dramatically. But Widlore Mérancourt, a Haitian reporter and editor-in-chief of Ayibo Post tells The World’s host Marco Werman that the mob justice is worrying, and he expects the gangs will regroup.
