French president to address the nation as protests spread

France saw a fourth weekend of protests this past weekend. Demonstrators wearing yellow safety vests have stepped up demands from cuts in gas taxes to bigger demands for economic justice. French President Emmanuel Macron addressed his nation Monday night. Host Marco Werman speaks with Sophie Pedder, Paris bureau chief for The Economist.
