It’s been four years since authorities in France dismantled the massive migrant camps in Calais. But the place is still a transit point for migrants hoping to make their way across the English Channel to the United Kingdom. French police are cracking down on the migrants, forcing them to stay on the move. Rebecca Rosman has the story from Calais.
