Some are calling it “Freedom Day,” because today, across England, most COVID-19 restrictions are being lifted. At the same time, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Chancellor Rishi Sunak are both self-isolating, as the country’s Health Secretary Sajid Javid has tested positive for the virus. In other parts of Europe, it’s a different story. Countries like the Netherlands, Greece and Spain are re-introducing restrictions as their infection rates soar. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry joins host Marco Werman from London.
