First Afghan American woman elected to public office in the US speaks up for the Afghan people

Many immigrants from Afghanistan and Afghan Americans here in the US have been trying to reach family members and help them. Others have been vocal on social media and have even organized rallies. Aisha Wahab has done all of that and more. Wahab is the first Afghan American woman elected to public office here in the US, she serves as the mayor pro tempore in Hayward, California. Host Marco Werman speaks with Wahab about her activism and support for the Afghan people.
