Fighting to teach girls in Afghanistan

Pashtana Durrani is an Afghan education activist who spent years teaching in Afghanistan after the US led invasion in 2001. She’s now based in the United States, where she still fights for the right of Afghan girls to get a proper education. The World’s Carol Hills speaks to Durrani, who is co-author of the new book “Last to Eat, Last to Learn: My Life in Afghanistan Fighting to Educate Women.”
