Many Ukrainians have turned to Facebook to try and connect with families in the UK who are opening up their homes to refugees. But British charities say the chaotic way it’s all being managed is leaving Ukrainians open to exploitation and abuse. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry reports.
