Ex-CEO of Nissan arrested again

 Today, the former head of Nissan car company was arrested for a fourth time. Japanese prosecutors say Carlos Ghosn used company funds to pay an Omani businessman $31 million, some of which was for illegitimate businesses purposes. Ghosn denies the allegation.
