European regulators issue new guidance on AstraZeneca vaccine

Today, regulators from the United Kingdom and the European Union tried to ease public worries about blood clots and the AstraZeneca Oxford vaccine. But UK regulators also cautioned that healthy people 18 to 29 years old should get a different vaccine, where possible. Marco Werman has the details.
