And Paris held its municipal elections over the weekend — for Parisiens, it’s not about who won the mayoral contest, but answering the question of whether they should even be going out to vote amid the coronavirus outbreak in the first place. Meanwhile, Britain’s approach to the coronavirus is at odds with most of the rest of Europe.
