European governments step up their response to Ukraine crisis

Germany has taken a U-turn on defense spending and military aid for Ukraine. The European Union is closing air space to Russian planes. Norway’s massive sovereign wealth fund is selling off Russian assets. Even the prime minister in Hungary, who has been a supporter of Vladimir Putin, says his government won’t block European sanctions. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry has the latest.
