In Paris on Wednesday, French diplomats hosted talks with their counterparts from Germany, Russia and Ukraine. The meeting was an attempt to calm tensions over Moscow’s massive military buildup along its border with Ukraine. The foreign ministers from France and Germany are expected to travel to Kyiv in a few days, to show their solidarity with Ukraine. But as our Europe correspondent Orla Barry reports, behind the scenes, European leaders are not all that united.
