EU proposes further restrictions on migrants in Belarus 

Thousands of migrants remain stranded in Belarus, hoping to cross into the European Union via the border with Poland. Many of the migrants are fleeing Afghanistan and Iraq. The EU commission says the numbers at the border are falling but it has now proposed new measures which will make it even harder for migrants to enter the bloc. The World’s Europe correspondent Orla Barry reports.
