EU considers sanctions after ‘hijacking’ of Ryanair flight

EU leaders will discuss potential sanctions today against Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko and his regime, after a flight from Greece to Lithuania was forced to land in Minsk, and a Belarusian journalist and activist was detained.
