The conflict in northern Ethiopia has gone on for more than a month now. Thousands of people have died and hundreds of people have been displaced across three regions. Only a few months ago, fighters from the Tigray People’s Liberation Front were advancing on the capital. Now, they’ve retreated, but fighting still continues in some parts of the country. The World’s Halima Gikandi reports from the Amhara region, where fighting has cooled down but people are still struggling to recover.
