England reopens pubs, barbershops and stores 

England is reopening its shops, salons, barbershops and pubs after months of a government-imposed shutdown due to the coronavirus pandemic. Hairdressers are especially in demand today. The World’s Marco Werman spoke with Anne Duggan, a hairdresser in Nottingham, England, about the flood of customers she received on Monday.
