Emergency aid is trickling into disaster-stricken Syria

Badly needed aid is beginning to trickle into Syria. Six convoys of aid vehicles entered Syria’s northwest to provide some relief to areas under rebel control. Meanwhile, the government in Damascus began receiving aid from neighboring countries. The World’s Marco Werman speaks with David Miliband, president of the International Rescue Committee, about why the international community’s response has been so slow and what more can be done to relieve Syria’s struggling population.
