Dozens feared dead after boat from Bahamas capsizes off the coast of Florida

A boat capsized between the Bahamas and Florida over the weekend, and dozens of people who were on board are now missing. A US Coast Guard spokesperson says they believe this is a case of human smuggling. The straits of Florida have a long history of being a treacherous migration route for people leaving Latin America and the Caribbean hoping to make it to the shores of the United States.
