Detroit is a city filled with ruins. One of the most iconic is the Packard Plant. It’s made up of 43 abandoned buildings on Detroit’s east side. In 2013, a Spanish developer living in Peru bought the plant out of foreclosure. Progress has been slow — too slow for many — but now there are signs of movement.
