Detained immigrant women speak out about unwanted surgeries

The World

Pauline Binam, an immigrant originally from Cameroon, alleges that she received an unwanted surgery while detained at Irwin County Detention Center in rural Georgia. Binam is a key witness in an investigation involving more women who allege they also underwent unwanted surgeries at the Georgia facility. The World’s Monica Campbell has the latest on this story.
