Cyberattack against Ukrainian websites

Ukrainian officials are reporting that dozens of their websites have been targeted, in an apparent hack that is yet to be attributed to any country or actor. The hack was executed less than 24 hours after the US and Russia wrapped up a week of rocky diplomatic talks about Ukrainian and European security. The US and Europe have warned for months that Russia could be planning another incursion into Ukraine, as tens of thousands of Russian troops gather near its border. The World’s host Carol Hills speaks with cybersecurity expert Dmitri Alperovitch, who heads the Silverado Policy Accelerator think tank based in Washington.
