Cuban protesters stand trial

Cubans who took to the streets to demonstrate against their government last July are paying a heavy price. Dozens have appeared in court in recent weeks and some are facing decadeslong sentences. Activist and art historian Carolina Barrero was herself detained and then released for protesting in front of Havana’s Supreme Court Monday. Barrero speaks with The World’s Carol Hills about the mass trials.
