COVID-19 leaves some Indian mariners stuck at sea, others onshore

The spread of COVID-19 in India has impacted the livelihoods of Indian seafarers. Abdulgahni Sarang, general secretary of the National Union of Seafarers of India tells host Marco Werman that some countries are not allowing Indian crew members to leave their ships. Which means, some Indian mariners are forced to stay longer at sea, while other Indians are stuck onshore waiting for the chance to work.
