Are immigrant detention facilities becoming COVID-19 hotspots? There is also concern that deported people may carry the virus with them — or have few housing options once they return to their countries. Along the Mexico border with the US, migrant shelters are closing out of fear of contagion. The result is growing homelessness in places like Tijuana, Mexico, which could  trigger outbreaks. The World’s Monica Campbell reports.
