Coronavirus vaccine donations and distribution to low-income countries is falling short

Even as the US and dozens of other countries ramp up booster shots for the coronavirus, the vaccine gap between high- and low-income countries remains wide. The number of boosters being administered is three times the amount of vaccines going to low-income countries, many of which have yet to vaccinate even 10% of their populations. The World’s Elana Gordon speaks with host Marco Werman about why so many recent efforts, including some announced this week, are falling short.
