Coronavirus cases rise in Iran again as country reopens

After about four months of lockdown, officials in Iran announced that businesses can reopen. They insisted that the pandemic is not over and people would have to take precautions, such as wearing masks and not gathering in groups. But in reality, those guidelines were much harder to implement. And now infections have spiked again. The World’s Shirin Jaafari reports.
